Forest View www.rodrock.com in Western Olathe located in suburban Kansas City, Johnson County area. The homes are being built by Rodrock. There are three separate communities and Olathe has purchased ground nearby to put up new schools.
CoffeeCreek, www.coffeecreekcrossing.com at 167th and Switzer in Overland Park. Lambie-Geer Homes, Rocky Rhodes, and a stable of other great builders are building there. They have not broken ground for lots as of a week ago, but they are going to start soon. My wife and I want dibs on lot 93 in phase 2.
