Has anyone else out there began to feel the real estate crunch in the area? If so, I would like to know what you are doing in order to stay at the top of your game and not go completely bankrupt. I would like to start an open conversation about this with anyone interested. Thanks!

Provide what people want. Foreclosure information for buyers. And work in segments of the market that are not affected by the economy. For example, senior communities or estates. Great idea to dig around and look for answers. I've been grinding myself but am beginning to make headway using what I've spoke of. Best of luck out there and God Bless You.
