Hi Shan,

Welcome and congratulations on your first blog entry.  We're a small real estate investment company located in the San Francisco Bay Area.  Traditionally, we work with investors buying and rehabbing properties amongst other projects.  Nonetheless, it would be great to find out more about your services and different methods/strategies that may be employed to potentially work with you.

Thank you!

Hello Roger-

Thanks for the welcome!  I'm excited to be here!

Working with investors is our forte.  What do you do with your properties once you have rehabbed them?  I'm guessing that you sell them for a profit.  Do you ever have to provide financing for a buyer that doesn't qualify for a loan from a traditional lending institution?  If that's the case, then I very well may be of service to you.

Tell me more about you/your company.

Shan

Hello Lorena-

Thank you!  I agree with your assessment.  I have been exploring the site and reading other people's blogs, as a matter of fact I got so involved in it I lost track of time and ended up here for nearly three hours just scrolling and reading and sending out a response or two.  It's fun!
