Beware of the Unscrupulous!! There are lots of people and organizations out there that want you to believe that you have to go to them to get information on foreclosures in Colorado. The Truth is that the public trustee's office in each county controls the local foreclosure process and posts the information on homes going into foreclosure on their web sites for FREE because it is public information.
Beware the Predators!! They prowl for their next victim. When a home goes into the foreclosure process and gets posted they spring into action. They make promises to bail you out of your predicament. They are really looking to cheat you out of any equity you may have.
Don't sign ANYTHING without seeking competent LEGAL COUNSEL.
