Exclusively Representing Sellers, with Sellers Values in Mind Until recently, I was just like every other real estate agent in the industry!! I was only looking to get everyone to list with me not think if the home was really going to sell or not and not really thinking about the sellers at all, Now a number of yeas later I know I have to keep the sellers value in mind. I will not take any listing(homes) that I don't think I can sell! I will not lie to a seller and say that I have buyers like everyone else!! Once you sign up(list) with me I start to market you're home to other real estate agents and buyers. Yes I market the home to other real estate agents this way you will have about 2000 other real estate agents all trying to sell your home too. Base on the past I will get a "For Sale By Owner" about 26% more money for the same home. So what if you found out that you could actually hire a professional to do all the work for you, from start to finish, and it wouldn't cost you a penny???
