If you are one of the many buyers out there right now trying to get the VERY LOWEST PRICE you possibly can, you will probably loose out to another Buyer.  If you find the home you want right now, DON'T SECOND GUESS YOURSELF.  THE HOUSE FOR YOUGrab it while you can.  There are no two homes alike or you are seeing double.  Buyers are loosing out right and left.  The foreclosures will soon be a thing of the past.  So start gearing up.Learching in the backgroundSome other Buyer is bound to be learching in the background just waiting to pounce.  Who is going to pounce first?  Buyer #1 or Buyer #2 or maybe Buyer #3?  Sit back and watch.  It is really happening.  We are getting busy.  Houses are selling once again.

Roxanne - I do have to agree with you on this one. In Las Vegas, once again the investors are coming in and buying up the good deals. I will be buying another home in Las Vegas around Nov-Dec because that is one of the best times to buy homes in Las Vegas. Come Spring of 2009, many of these homes will be gone and if there still around the listing prices will be brought up.

Thanks for the reminder!

That is good news to my ears.  Let's spread the news so every area will pick up.

Great advise.  It's a hard transition for buyers who are not quite in tune with market changes so it's also up to us to help them realize the consequences of a low offer.

Karen....I'm with you.  We have to at least try to educate our buyers.

Qualified Buyers in our area are still scarce but the offers are starting to pick up.  I hold out hope the worst is over and things will pick up.
