Just this past week I completed a 2 day course in Springfield Missouri for a newer designation A SRS Seller Representative Specialist.  Working on building my listing business this was an excellent course redirecting your attention to your clients the seller.

The SRS course was full of great information I plan to implement in my listing presentation, Counter Offer strategies was another subject that I certainly will begin to practice in getting my sellers more money. If you are interested in catering to sellers I recommend this course once you have the designation you automatically set yourself apart from others...but more importantly what you learn and gain from the course will have you earning more $ money too.
