I heard today in Kansas, Lenders will buy back your home at an pre-agreed on price if your home does not sell in one year. Does anymore have more info about this? Does this pre-agreed price avoid paying the Broker commission after we've marketed it for a year and may not have an opportunity to re-list the property?
