Make an Impact in Your Community with a Creative Event

Car washes pop up as a result of High School Students or other charitable organizations are trying to raise money for their cause or event that they are doing.  They always surprise us with the student standing on the street or street corner trying to direct traffic into the parking lot for the car wash.

Why don't you offer your PROMOTION services for this event.  You know the neighborhood, you are door knocking, putting out flyers or post cards.  Why not consider putting out a post card informing the community and offer a FREE car wash with their post card as the coupon.

Your message -- "Thank you for putting confidence in us and for making our real estate business a success.  As a token of our appreciation, please accept this coupon which is good for a FREE CAR WASH.

Tell them when, what time and where

Compliments of John Doe, ABC Real Estate"

You can either offer a FREE Car Wash at the local establishment that will cost you some big money or you can support the local charity or school -- it will be less expensive and the goodwill for you to be there and meet the organizers, parents will go a long way to building relationships.  Your going to be there to meet the homeowners that turn in their FREE CAR Wash post card coupon and make some notations and collect their email address for marketing follow up after the event.  You can have a five minute conversation with them as they wait for their car to be washed as well.

Try it and make an impact with your community and build good will relationships with the local organizations that will come to depend on you for promotion that your farming community will pay attention to.

We've been thinking about the possibility of setting up a 5K in our area, since they're so popular in SoCal (as you probably know!). Maybe we could offer a portion off the entry fee or something...
