Did ya miss me? Don't answer that, because I know I missed writing more than a few tantalizing blog posts these last few weeks. Three youngins' under that age of two and a half in the home will to that to a fella. I usually write in my "off-hours" at home while taking in a good game or movie, but between the lack of sleep, the crying, and dirty diapers, it's been a heck of a month or two over here. Well, regardless the business churns along, and it's actually been quite busy, we've seen quite an expansion in Dubuque's market inventory, see the market stats in a forthcoming post. The side benefit to this expansion is the vast number of choice listing to feature in this week's featured homes post coming a bit later as well. Lastly, there have been a lot of good articles and blog posts in the last few weeks about what's going on in the business and economy overall, I've posted a number of these below.
