As a Realtor I am always searching for new ways to meet people and keep up with technology. During my searches this long hot summer I found something else hot. Its called HotPads or more accurately www.HotPads.com. This is a website wherecivilians can go to find the latest properties for sale or for rent. Now for the 'hot' part, they can also see the foreclosures in a specific city or neighborhood. The maps show the foreclosed houses in red naturally. Get em' while they are hot! A red house signifies that one out of 150 homes in the neighborhood is in foreclosure. If the houses are green its one in 5000 homes, and blue than it is one in every 160000 homes. It is a free site. If you have a slow day go and check them out.
