So Cal home sales rose last month for the first time in almost three years, as sharp discounts are bringing buyers back into a market where values have tumbled over 30% since last year.  Sales volume was up over 13% overall from a year ago, Riverside County was leading the way with a 48% jump, and the Antelope Valley seeing a projected pending status of 727 this months alone.
