An easier way of turning your prospects into customers!

Mortgage and Lending with First Federal Mortgage

In todays market it is getting harder and harder to qualify customers.  Due to the rescession that we are heading into prospective clients are having trouble with keeping there credit scores top notch.  I have found through the "Rapid Re-scoring" program available through CIC Credit that we now have an advantage over this.  I have had customers that were under the 580 minimum credit score for qualifying for a loan and I need someway of improving their scores.  I called Vicky at CIC Credit Bureau and she was more than knowledgable in helping me.  She is a God send in this business.  She has taken a prospect from a 500 credit score to a 689, thus turning him into a customer.  With a little help from your client, it usually only takes 48 hours for her to make the necessary changes to your their credit bureau to where you can see the improvement.

There are several programs that CIC offers to help raise scores.  They also have a "Score Simulator" that can show you what the possible score will be after the prospects pays down certain debts on there bureau.  I have found that leaving a balance of $100. usually gives the client the maximum amount of points that they can accummulate to improve their scores "vs" paying the debt all the way off usually lowers their scores more.  Although each client is different due to their circumstances, I know that in most of my cases Vicky can help me improve scores to some degree making it where I can approve more applications.

I strongly recommend you trying CIC Credit Bureau out, expecially with the up comming changes in the scoring model, I am sure we will all need these services if we are to remain at the top of our business.

You can access Vicky here on Activerain at  http://activerain.com/vstringer  if you have any questions or need help with a future prospect.  It is all about your clients best intrest in this business!

I hope this helps you all!

Great post. Thanks for the info. I use rapid re-score often as well with CIS but I think I may try using the credit company you suggested. Thanks
