Thank You all for the support. I value all your input. I have one question though. Maybe you could help if you have the time. I understand that you all like to use your normal inspector. I have found a few agents that have gave my company a chance. I THANK YOU GUYS!! But when I talk to new agents most say they are happy who there with already. I understand, But how else can we improve our industry if we dont have more than 1 option. I also wonder how others get the work when they take inspecting like a job. I mean its more than that. I inspect as if i were the one purchasing the home my self. Some people when they meet me give me funny looks. Im not your typical inspector. Im 31 years old with over 11 years in constuction, hvac roofing and framing NACHI cert. I get told you dont fit the profile of a inspector. Owell the few that have used us have been happy with our inspections and I hope we can get a chance to work with the rest of you.
So the question is " how or what do I need to do in order to break out in this field?"
