Sales of single-family, re-sale homes in Sonoma County were up 22% year-over-year in July. Sales rose 0.5% from June. Year-to-date, home sales are off just 2.6%.
The median price for single-family, re-sale homes in Sonoma County dropped 1.1% from June, and was off 30.4% year-over-year. The average price for homes dropped 1.7%, month-over-month, and was down 28.5% compared to last July.
The sales price to list price ratio for single family home rose 0.5 of a point to 97.1%. The condo ratio gained 2.4 points to 97.8%.
