It's a simple question that many of us answer yes without hesitation. But are you really organized? You may be suprised how many things you do redundantly and not realize it. It is sometimes takes one of the moments when you get bombarded with things to do that you realize "darn, I should have organized things better or been better prepaired for this moment". Well, when "those moments" start occuring more often than not, that is your clue.
Take a few minutes a day to put things where they belong. Analyze your time management practices and determine where you can streamline your skills.
The other day I was reviewing the list of addendums, contracts, notices...etc that are required for a single RE transaction. If you do not have this in a organized orderly fashion you will drive yourself crazy. And if you are fortunate to have several deals going on at once, forget about it! I wish I had the funds to have a secretary but since I do not, I must wear a secretarial hat.....yes Realtors, you have another hat to wear.
