Littleton CO Sports - BMX Track and Racing

Looking for a BMX track in Littleton Colorado. Or anywhere in the Metro Denver area. Look no further. You can find a quality BMX track in Littleton or (as some places it is mentioned) in Highlands Ranch Colorado.

We have posted this also on the Highlands Ranch CO section, didn't want anybody to miss this great track! And since some would consider this area as Littleton and some Highlands Ranch.
BMX course is located at the County Line BMX track in Littleton/Highlands Ranch Colorado.

Want to take a ride at the BMX track? All you need is a bike and a helmet (any BMX type and size is OK)!

BMX track in Littleton Colorado

South Suburban Parks and Recreation manages a BMX track in Littleton/Highlands Ranch Colorado. The BMX track is located south of County Line Road and on the east side of Colorado Blvd. at the David A. Lorenz Regional Park (east of the baseball fields).
Riders of all levels and ages are invited and the use of the track is FREE! (non-race days) Race days are on Sundays from April to November. The South Suburban Parks and Recreation posts the schedule of race days and also reports of any race cancellation due to weather.
The BMX track is open from sun up to sun down, weather permitting.

On Sun 24th of Aug. The South Suburban Parks and Recreation at the County Line BMX is hosting the American Bicycle Assoc. (ABA) State Championship Race!
The main event starts at 2PM and the individual heats start at 12PM. Racers from four-year-olds to adults will be competing for the championship and almost 150 racers are expected.

If you are interested in racing during the racing season, but don't want to get the full year membership, you can acquire a 1-day ABA Membership for one dollar

Are there any bike requirements?
Any BMX type of bike will be OK, but if you are interested in racing you are required to have no more than 20" wheel diameter (allowable limit in novice racing class). Check to make sure all bolts and nuts are tight and any reflectors, brackets and a kickstand must be removed for racing.
