Gulf Shores and Orange Beach Market Update We have been seeing alot of tourist making their way down to South Alabama. With spring break just beginning people are flocking to the beaches to get some sun. We (The First Team) have been sitting model duty at a condo in Gulf Shores called Oceania. This past Saturday we had 40 people stop by to check out the unit. That just shows me that buyers are looking to buy. I encourage any of you to stop and check out this brand new luxury condominium.
I wanted to update you guys on the what I have been seeing in the real estate market. With new project opening up it give more for visitors to do when they come down. The Wharf is a big hit this year. With big name stars performing at The Wharf's Amphitheater and brand new restaurants opening daily, I see The Wharf as this summer's new hot spot. I was fortunate to go up in the building this past Sunday to get a first look at the condos at The Wharf. I was more than happy with the outcome of the units. Great Job!!
With the current market situation it is time to quite selling your property and start buying. Until we get the number of units on the market down we will be in a Buyer's Market. There are allot of really good deals along the beach that can be bought for under market value. One particular unit that comes to mind is a SeaChase 3/3 east tower corner unit that can be bought today for $320 per sq ft. at 1965 sq ft. Do the math! That's a GREAT deal!
