As a new member of Active Rain I have a question about the referral process. I hope others have already dealt with this issue and can clue me in. I received a call today and an e-mail last week advising me "X" has a client who is looking for property in my target market area. For a slight fee they will provide me with the referral name and number. What's this all about?
