I firmly believe that one should always strive to grow, whether it be personal growth, growth in business, or spiritual. As I face being an assistant, to a team ranked in the Top 5 Real Estate Teams in Oklahoma (Go McLaughlin's!!!) and going to school full time, I am looking for new ways to leverage myself, which in turn leverages my agents. What "Time Saving" tips can anyone provide? I use Top Producer 8i which leverages me quite a bit , but I know there are more ways I can leverage my time and still be efficient as an assistant! I have the basics down such as time-blocking, but I know we each have our own "secrets" that help us make it through the day. Thanks for your input!!!
