My company Carolina One Real Estate in the Charleston area here just recently changed names. I'm at the Metro North office here in Goose Creek, SC. We used to have these cool and helpful 'How to Prepare Your Home For Sale' booklets that had lots of neat tips with pictures and check off boxes. Different tips and ideas in what you could do to prepare your home. Another fave of mine was something like How to For Sale By Owner. Does anyone know of a good company that has something similar to these and are of really good quality? AND affordably priced.
