Just came back from taking my broker test, I think i did well!

Last thursday I went to visit realtors with flyers and cards alot of them over the toll bridge in Palm Coast and into the Hammocks.  It is so pretty over near the beach.

Anyway,  I studied over Friday, went to class Friday night, Saturday, Sunday, studied again Monday and went to take the broker test in Jacksonville Tuesday. I think i did well. I am very excited about becoming a new broker.

I need to know what realtors want from a broker in order to start a new professional relationship.  I always try to make sure that the realtor knows that I am very concerned with customer service. I want to treat customers as I would want to be treated.  It is very hard to know when you are visiting if you are annoying them or if they are even slightly interested in sending business anywhere else besides where they always send it.  Does anybody out there have some advice for me that would help.  Because i would love just to make new friends and work together on customers and make a difference.

thanks to anyone that can help.

Good luck with your new endaevor, and thanks for sharing your story. Just be yourself, and be willing to listen to your agents, and share your opinion when needed. Remember your agents are also your customers in a way.

If you think you did well you probably did.  In Texas they let us know right away, I would hate the suspense.  I passed mine a year ago last fall.
