I am finding as the ever changing Real Estate Market changes as do the sellers we are representing.
The more I try and educate them, the more I am fighting with them ( not really..haha) to get price reductions. Here is Upstate NY the Real Estate Market has slowed, not fallen off the face of the earth like most parts of the US, so sellers are more savey than ever and want to "see what Happens"?
My thoughts are " Are they motivated to sell?" should I say " BYE BYE now" as Brian Buffini would recommend!
Just wanted to vent the frustration on this Saturday AM
Thoughts? Ideas? similar problems??
