Do you hear that "foreign" investors are everywhere? I have not seen them in my area. If there is big money from overseas taking advantage of the weak US dollar, I'd like to know how to find 'em.
I am hearing that large investment funds are buying right now. Banking funds and private investment groups are look for deals on entitled property, unfinished housing developments and blocks of vacant housing lots.
Try googling investment funds to uncover some potenial buyers. GOOD LUCK!
