One of the BEST TOOLS - The STEALTH SITE

By
Real Estate Broker/Owner with Success Realtors brokered by eXp Realty WI 55262-090

One of the best tools that I use when marketing on the internet is my STEALTH SITE advertising. These sites provide a form for a consumer to request information up front, and than click's through to my web site, while also email me the lead.

For example. People who want to search for a home in Kenosha online are directed to my Home Search form www.HomeSearchWI.com This web site is a home search form where the consumer can fill in all their criteria, and I can follow up with them. I use this from in a PAY PER CLICK situation on GOOGLE where I can buy key words and come up in the top KENOSHA REAL ESTATE search results.

For people that want to know what their home is worth in the Kenosha, Pleasant Prairie or other Kenosha County real estate markets, I direct these people in much the same fashion to www.HomeValueWI.com

This allows me to prepare a market analysis form and send it directly to the home owner.

The important thing with these tools is quick follow up, and seperating the actual leads from the Garbage. If you do this you will find these tools profitable.

Great Post Ralph, and great "stealth sites". Who developed them for you?

Interestingly enough another ACTIVE RAIN member left a response that STEALTH SITES were expressly prohibited in the 2007 code of ethics. I have removed her comment as to avoid her the embarrassment of being wrong, and having her erroneous comment being cast forever in cyberspace on my BLOG.

I read the entire 2007 code of ethics and as a matter of fact, the word STEALTH does not appear anywhere in the document. When addressing the use of web sites it does however say that information must be honest and accurate, and that the brokers name must be on the site as well. My site meets these requirements, and yours should as well.

Happy hunting

I just started a couple of stealth sites through Real Pro Systems. Waiting to see if they do anything or not :)

Ralph,

I may be wrong but I believe that would also include State of licensure.

Websites of Realtors® and non-member licensees affiliated with a Realtor® firm shall disclose the firm's name and that Realtor®'s or non-member licensee's state(s) of licensure in a reasonable and readily apparent manner. (Adopted 1/07)

When you say "Stealth Site" I think it is another word for "Unbranded Site"  I run a few of them and used to generate several leads.  It seems like consumers are getting smarter. Does anybody agree?

These sites are not what some call stealth.  You do have the name of your broker on them.  The ones that got some folks excited are those that do not say anywhere on them who is behind them.

I agree.  There's nothing wrong with generating targeted leads.  The way you have it set up is EXACTLY what I am in the process of doing myself.  I have my main site and just purchased a Seller specific domain name which will obviously be targeted towards Sellers.  Even though I have no experience in mortgages or financing, I purchased another domain name to gain leads from potential buyers and investors.  I also have an investor specific name for those leads.  Each site redirects to my main site right now while I set up them up.  Evidentially the content will be interconnected but the target for each site will benefit the prospect as well as me to cut down on the "window shoppers"

Agent Stealth
Real Estate Lead Generation - White Rock, BC

Lead generation companies like housevalues.com use a stealth websites to generate leads for agents. Nowhere on those sites will you find an agents information. The reason for this is that stealth site is owned and operated by the lead company even though all leads go to the agent/broker. There is no real association to the agent - the leads are sent to the agent designated for that area.

Our system, AgentStealth.com, does the same thing rather we develop systems that are targeted for specific areas and cities in which one agent receives the leads. We own and operate the entire operation.
