LOCALISM.COM

By
Real Estate Agent with Keller Williams DTC

I was wondering what success that other REALTORS that signed up for the localism.com areas are having.  I ask because it is difficult to gauge what allows other REALTORS to be on the site you have secured and are paying for.  I guess I am wondering how one seperates themself from the pack on this.

I think it's a great idea, I am just not sure how best to utilitize it to the fullest.

Any and all ideas are welcome.

Thanks

Bonnie,

Sorry, I don't have an answer for you, but I have a question.

I just tried to log on to localism.com and it told me that it wasn't taking any new areas?  That I could leave my email and it would contact me later.    ?  What to do about that?

I'm assuming your already in and up and running, right?

Forgive me, I'm new around here.

I tried to get to Localism.com and it asked me for a password and ID. Is that something new and ... it appears to not be the same as my AR userid and pw.

My biggest concern is the fact that these subdivisions and communities are owned by HOA's and/or home builders; it seems to me that one would need permission to blog about them.

FYI,

Localism has the same login and password as your AR account.

Sometimes you have to put in your own neighborhoods you want - I did.

My traffic through my website has increased as has my presence on all major search engines.....

Permission to blog about a community?

Why would you think that?

That's really weird. I just typed in www.localism.com and it opened the site. I could navigate no problem whatsoever. Can't figure why you had problems.

BOnnie,

I have paid for several communities, and so far can't figure the benefit. We are in the same place where we were. I guess, I need to ask the AR gods what to look for.

I signed up for a neighborhood and have not seen any activity.  I believe we have been scammed and they made a butt load of $$$$$$$$$!
