We have just completed a new single property website for a listing in Georgetown Square. I love single property sites, they are a great container for all of the important information and media assets we collect on a given listing.
We use a custom CMS that allows us to easily add sections that address unique aspects of a property or any concerns that might arise. Additionally, we can use these sites in conjunction with Google Analytics to see what kind of activity we are really getting on a particular site.

This site allows us to embed video, add plenty of text in the description, photos, floorplans as well as school and utility information.
Single property sites, especially those with a unique domain name also afford us the opportunity to drive potential buyers to the site through both online and off line methods.
We put the property URL on all of our collateral print material in addition to using the power of search (Just type the property address into Google).
Single property sites are a great way to promote listings. If you are considering selling your home, look for an agent that has the ability to create a single property website!
