We all must learn from others. I have found over the last 5 months that the quality of the life we live is controlled by the individual themselves. The reality is we can not control the events that take place in our lives but we can control how they effect us and how we decide to feel. Many in life wait for other people or events to determine how they are going to feel about themselves and their own lives. The reality is we control our own feelings. We will all be effected by events. The key is to be a bit of an elastic and that means bounce back quickly each day and each hour for your entire lifetime.
In the end the goal is to have an enjoyable life and to do that you must have a clear mind with positive thoughts. I am looking forward to another great week full of pupose and activity. Results are the end product and we all love great results. The reality is all we can control is the activity and process that we do and not concentrate on the results. In the end it is difficult to do but a real simple process.
