This self-contained, luxury village also has its own shuttle service to the nearby Metro North commuter train station and shopping areas. There are numerous clubs and organizations with interests that range from gardening to sculpting. The Activities Center has its own art studios, a private library and a theater which the Drama Club uses for regular performances. It also includes rooms for billiards, table tennis, bridge, and woodworking. The adjacent Fitness Center includes exercise equipment, whirlpool bath, sauna, and lockers. The Main Activities Center also features a heated swimming pool, two paddle tennis courts, and three tennis courts. Each condominium group has its own elected Board of Managers. These boards are responsible for the common areas within the condominium. Heritage Hills Society The Society Office is an elected volunteer board that has responsibility for areas, buildings, roads, and facilities common to all the homeowners. These include the Activities Center, main roads, and recreation facilities and they manage the affairs of the community related to all of the homeowners. |
