The Olympics are over but the spirit is still alive. It is always a great time when the winter or summer olympics are on. For the simple fact everyone pulls together to watch and route for their country. I think we need alot more of this in the days of today. Kids are so very unfamiliar with the true patriotism. They don't learn it at school, it has to be taught at home. It starts with simply when you are at a parade and the first American Flag of the parade you should stand up. Not to many folks do this anymore for some reason. I think of as the love for my country but at the same to respect for all those that had stood for the American Flag before me. Then at the same token for those of our future to see what the American flag means to me.
Well until the winter Olympics I look forward to see all those American Flags being waved by so many.
