Homes range from single story ranch style homes of 1,450 square feet to larger 5 bedroom 2 and one half bath homes of 2,200 square feet. The average lot size is about 7,000 square feet.
There is a small section technically known as Bay Glen Manor where you will find a handful of larger homes up to 2,800 feet. This was the predecessor to the Bay Knoll subdivision.
