Why Rent? When you can own.

By
Real Estate Broker/Owner with Vantage Realty Group

With prices at all time lows, I am surprised that there are people out there still paying the rents that they are paying. Let me ask you a few questions to figure out if you could qualify for financing. Do you have a credit score of 580 or more? Do you have 0-3% to put down on a $70,000 house?(yes there are some that cheap and cheaper) Do you have a full time job? Are you currently paying more than $600 per month or more for rent? If you answered yes to these questions then you should own your own home instead of paying for someone else's. To find out more feel free to contact me directly at elopez@vantagerealtygrp.com

There are many people that choose to rent over buying. I agree with the ownership concept completely. The majority of wealth in the world has been obtained via property ownership. Real Estate is probably the very best investment that we can make. In recent times property values have been declining and renting does make more sense for some. People tend to move around- until they find their place in the world. Owning is not for everyone.
