Real Estate Agent or Friend?

Real Estate Agent or Friend???

I am so sick of For Sale By Owners acting so bad to real estate agents but 95% of the real estate agents are only trying to make some quick money.  The money is the name of the game but I always try to be a freind. I dont care if I make $100 or $10,000 from a client I have to be a freind to them first!

I really think all the real estate agents that are trying to make a quick dollar is giving everyone a bad name!

I care about my clients!!

It is not the point that the realtors want to earn quickly in all cases. The more properties they dispose, the high their companys profile is going to be. What would you say?

You appear to be making 2 statements in your post and are running them together.

  1. For Sale By Owner sellers treating agents poorly.
  2. Agents that put the commission before their clients needs.

Someone attempting a private sale is generally doing it for one or two reasons. They don't want to pay someone $20,000 to sell their home. Or a past experience with a real estate agent has turned them off using a realtor.

Yes, there are agents that are all about the commission. When you consider the size of the checks, this is easily explained.
