As part of my job as a Realtor I have to do an incredible number of searches to help buyers find there home. I can not tell you the poor visual marketing some sellers are getting as a service. This business is 80% visual and 20% verbal in selling homes. As a luxury home Realtor in Avon Lake Ohio and in real estate in Northeast Ohio I have to make sure what I am selling can be seen first by your eyes only ( yes I saw a James Bond movie last night). You have to let the views sell the home. Words in strong distinctions and highlights are important too but viwes need to sell the home. If you have your home listed with someone stop and take a look at the photos they have placed on the Internet. 1. Are they current(not winter scenes in the summer)? 2. Do they have good lighting? 3. Did they pick the strong features of your home? 4. Do the photos look professional? This is only a few things to keep in mind.
