Rain at last!

WOW!  It is finally raining in the mountains of North GA!  We have had over 4 inches in some areas in the last 24 hrs!  I know that this will help the drought stricken areas in the southeast!  I haven't been on Lake Lanier or Allatoona, but I know that Blue Ridge Lake was dropping quickly, so maybe this will help for the last big weekend of summer.  The Toccoa River is still pretty low, for all the tubers who plan to float this coming weekend, I think you still may have to walk over rocks instead of floating over them!
