We recently staged a home in Prescott Valley for Coldwell Banker. The home was priced fairly, but remained on the market for over 6 months. Potential buyer's comments were that the house lacked warmth. It's empty walls echoed and the rooms seemed cold and cavernous. Their budget was small, but with just a few key items, the space was warmed up and received two offers the following week!
