What's Wrong With This Description ?

Here goes :

Your Commercial Real Estate Link to Northern VA

Hi David. The description in my opinion does not violate RESPA, but it does violate the Fair Housing Act. I see a couple of violations here. 1) It discriminates against someone who doesn't have a family or children and 2) It steers people either to or away from the neighborhood because they may be or not be of the Presbyterian faith

Good observation, Michael. RESPA is part of a financial concern with HUD and the lender; not a Fair Housing issue as you pointed out. Nice to hear from you.
