At one time or another, I used the services that they provide on either my own properties, properties that I manage, or properties that I have under contract and was very satisfied.
If you own a home or investment property in the West San Gabriel Valley and are thinking about selling it, then I suggest that you give the maintenance person a phone call. You can either do the deferred maintenance before selling your property and thus have a better presentation of it to the buying public, or else do the deferred maintenance while your West San Gabriel Valley property is in escrow because of the home inspection. It is really up to you!
