So, this has been an interesting period, several things have happened:
First, we survived the non-event that was Tropica Storm Fay. It did bring a lot of rain a 60 miles or so north of us but really nothing major here. Everything shut down for the storm which was nowhere near as bad as a serious blizzard up north.
Second, I lost the hard drive on my laptop Friday morning. My own fault -- coffee spill. Of course, I had been planning to add a backup system and have now done so. New hard drive and new back up system. LOL
I have 2 sales and a rental closing in the next few days so that is good.
Finally, I have 2 out of state buyers (New York and Ontario) in town this weekend. Hopefully I can close one.
