So as probably very few of you know, I am new to the world of blogging and am still learning the ins and outs of what makes a succesful marketable blog.
I have to say that I feel very fortunate today. I had posted a blog about a new grant program to help first time home buyers recently ...(Get a grant for your first time homebuyer !!! Up to $10K towards the purchase of your first home.)
I had an email from a potential client a few days later in a marketing area I would have never accessed with out the internet's help.
Active Rain Works!!! My new client turned out to be a perfect fit for the grant and they just put a house under contract and we'll be closing in a few weeks.
