Special offer

My Blog to the Blog..BPO company that pays really fast!

By
Industry Observer with Collateral Specialist Inc

I had to respond to this blog once again, so here I am with the rest of the story.

This is the excerpt of the email I sent to them asking why they would not honor their original offer.

This conversation will appear in reverse as it goes back to the initial inquiry below

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Mamatha,
 After talking to you today about accepting the Interior order, I asked you how much your company was going to pay, but when I got back to my office and checked my messages. I found that you had deceived me into asking for a lower amount. I am not pleased with how you did this. I will have the order completed as scheduled between us.
The below message was sent to me prior to our conversation!
Again the original email is attached to show them the jig is up!!
I've just read it and I can't figure out what purpose it serves? That they changed the dollar amount for the BPO?
Thaat is why I never, ever do BPO's.  In some states is is against license law for an individual other than a licensed appraiser to provide this information.  All payments, must still be funneled through the broker to cover license law.  So why bother?
Any agent
I'm lucky to get $50 for a non-rush exterior BPO in the Twin Cities. I don't do the interiors anymore for RRR, which pay $65 and it takes too much time to set up the appt with the owner to get access and most of the time they don't know who is ordering the BPO so don't want to give access. Even the exterior orders are a bit risky as some owners have run after my car yelling why am I taking photos? They have NO IDEA what is going on and I put my life at risk for a lousy $50. RRR is probably charging $150 for each of these and can't even notify the owner before anyone gets assigned the order? Now RRR is telling me that my name and contact info is on every BPO so if the owner is upset, I get called, not RRR. All of this for $50? I'm finishing up a few more and I'm done. Take your fricken $50 and figure out how to make any money if NO AGENTS work with you.
