Our area has a new MLS platform. WOW, talk about moving agent cheese!
The board and MLS did a great job of initial training, the change over was as smooth as one would expect for an MLS this large. And most importantly I think our Chief Administravive & Office Supervisor (CAOS), Nancy Piacente, nailed the transition. Today she iced the cake arranging for inhouse training for our staff.
The trainer was fantastic he taught what WE needed for the way work. We came up with great ideas on how the new system can work for us and create great new material for our clients, and how we can integrate into MyRealLiving Accounts to increase consumer awareness. A great day the team work was in full affect, agents helping agents.
What a great environment, and it happened today because management took the bull by the horns and served the agents the Real Living Way; I often get how is Real Living different (we all know the list is long) but to me it is simple, it is the people.
