With the cost of gas rising sky high and road construction slowing down traffic, more people are relocating from the suburbs and into the cities. Many on Oahu residents are now considering moving from the more distant suburbs into convenient in-town locations. Even families with children and pets are looking at high-rise condos, as well as smaller, older, fixer-upper homes. Neighborhoods such as Ala Moana, Diamond Head, Kaimuki, Nuuanu, and Aina Haina should all see long term rises in home sales due to these factors.
