Earlier this week I blogged about this subject and asked for assistance on "How do we find out if a property you are buying/selling has a Mello Roos?". Remember, as a seller it is a requirement to disclose. As a buyer, you want to find this out prior to buying or maybe even before you make an offer. Anyway, I did not get much response on this so I assume many of you are not aware how to find this data. Well here is some help.

It has some good information that I printed out and have it ready for reference. However, the Mello Roos information is not free and they charge $29.
Soooooo I dud further and found out that you may obtain Mello Roos information from your title company. Some title companies even have tools that they provide so you can order this information at no cost to you. So, the bottom line to the answer:
