What a great value-added service for your listing clients. Without going the full certification route, I wonder if there is a standard checklist that sellers might complete when getting ready to list their house for sale. Besides a home warranty and pre-inspection, I would think it would be a helpful selling point.

It seems like everyone is "Going Green" and I wonder how many are just jumping on the bandwagon without really doing much.
Being "Energy Efficient" is more important to me. This can be done by changing (upgrading) light bulbs, insulating pipes, upgrading appliances, windows, doors, toilets, ect. to more efficient models. In addition to saving the environment, there will be a savings of $$$ over time.
