I I wanted to share with you an AWESOME opportunity to come to Eagle, ID and taste a LOT of great rib cookin'. There are various restaurants and vendors that will be competing in this Big Rib Cook-off. It is always fun to see these competitions on the Cooking Channels and extra fun when you see them in person. The variety of recipes, chefs and styles is always interesting to see and experience, too!
