The driver has TWO, YES TWO, previous convictions for the same charge. He sideswiped a tree and allegedly had an open container of alcohol when police pulled him over. He blew a .18 over two times the legal limit.

As if we didn't have enough stories about DUI's, DWI's, deaths, and accidents. This latest story about a man who crashed his car into into a highway message board on I-95. His blood alcohol level was SIX TIMES the legal limit. He obviously had blacked out and had no idea he was even driving. It is amazing that he didn't kill someone else, himself, or die from alcohol poisoning. 34-year-old Stanley Kobierowski was arrested and charged appropriately.
