It could be quartz, silver, LLadro, lapel pins and platinum.
Don't ever take large sums of money with you when you go to the house showing.
The rattling jewelry on your wrists or dangling expensive diamonds or pearls around your neck might be just the ticket for some scumbag lurking behind the kitchen door or in the garage waiting for you to close up the house before you leave.
Try not to wear these expensive items or carry unusually large sums of money with you during your showings.
Even if you manage to make it through a few showings without controversy, some nasty piece of garbage might send a signal to his or her partner in crime that they know a real estate agent that flaunts the glitter.
These retarded slimeballs can, and will, set you up for a robbery if they think they can get away with it !
