Dead horse in a winterized built-in pool.

I was happily on an inspection of very high end home. Accompanying the buyers and inspector thru the various functioning of electrical components, etc, we got to the basement and everything was going along fine. The inspector, a congenial man from the country of Holland, eased  into a chat break. Telling his experience of an inspection which included a winterized covered up inground pool, the buyers insisted that he also inspect the pool. They all were alarmed when the discovery of a dead horse on the bottom was a result of inspecting that pool. Arrangements were worked out satisfactorily on both sides. The moral of the story is you never know what you may find, so always recommend buyers have an inspection. I do.
