Is anyone an Eco-Broker???
I was reading an article in the September 2008 edition of the Realtor magazine that dealt with Green marketing. As someone who is proponent of that lifestyle, it caught my interest. My husband and I try very hard to implement the 3 R's in our everyday life -- reduce, reuse, & recycle. I know that being green has become somewhat trendy as of late, but it is not important how the message gets spread just so long as it is out there.
I am currently working toward my GRI, and I feel that it is very important to stay on top of of the latest trends and education offered. With that being said, I wanted to see if fellow Realtors are seeing a demand for the green knowledge that would be obtained with Eco-Broker designation. I also wanted to see if possible clients are seeking you out due to your marketing of yourself as an Eco-Broker.
